Brief description
1. ZM10W is suitable for processing straight-line edge & 45°arrises of glass sheet with various size and thickness,and rough grinding, fine grinding, polishing of flat edge and grinding of bottom edge can be completed in one time.
2.The front and rear chain pad using bearing system,which it is specialize in small size and thick glass sheet.And its carrying capacity is very strong.
3. A special design of the in-feed section for controlling the desired amount of glass removal without adjusting each spindle individually.
4. Independent felt wheel and the cerium water recirculation system make the flat edge more shining. And with good and stable structure, the spindles has better waterproof and highly processing precision.
5. Input and output conveyor adopt timing belt which can improve the transmission precision.
6. The whole machine is well-structured and modularity design.It is easy to operate and has good performance.
7. Control elements are of well-know,such as Schneider, ABB..... which the motor with longer service life and good stability.
