Variable Glass Miter Machine Application

The Variable Glass Miter Machine is widely used in the glass industry for applications such as furniture manufacturing, architectural projects, and decorative glass production. ZM9J is able to grind and polish the miter angle on glass, with bottom edge polishing and rear seaming all at the same time.

Glass thicknesses is adjusted by a inverter and showed on a digital display/ montior.

Input and output conveyor adopt timing belt which can improve the   transmission precision.

The processed glass surface is very bright and smooth, approaching the original glass surface.

The mitering angle is from 0 to 60 degree.
