磨边机作为较为精密的加工设备，在低于5℃的环境中工作或存放，容易因温度过低而使内部结构及器件无法正常运行，温度来到0℃时，可能会造成设备故障。

所以，磨边机冬季保养防护的关键点就是防冻防低温，那么如何操作呢？

车间温度低于0℃时

1. 请开机师傅在开机前先检查皮带，确保皮带状态良好。如果发现皮带上有冰块，请使用热风或热水将其熔化后再开机。

2. 如果车间温度过低导致皮带结冰，请在开机前将皮带内侧（齿状面）上的水用气吹掉，以免皮带拉坏。

3. 下班前请及时将皮带上的水用气吹掉，确保皮带的干燥和整洁，以免结冰对皮带造成损害。

4. 停机后，尽量不停水，一停水早上启动皮带里面的水结冰冻住了，水池距离不远有条件加防冻液。

4. After shutdown, try not to stop the water. When the water is cut off in the morning, the water inside the belt will freeze, and the antifreeze should be added if the pool is not far away.】

使用多级润滑油

根据所在地的温度不同，选择合适的润滑油。如在北方，应选择0W或5W的润滑油；而在南方较暖和的地区，可以选择10W、15W或20W的油品。这样可以确保设备的良好运行，延长其使用寿命。
