1. Edging operators must wear protective equipment, gloves and rubber before going to work. A safety helmet must be worn when grinding large pieces of glass. Read the production order carefully.

2. Before processing, it is necessary to carefully re-check the size of the semi-finished product to avoid the continuation of the mistakes in the previous process, and to check the appearance quality of the glass to avoid scratches and scales and missing corners that cannot be eliminated by grinding.

3. During inspection, attention should be paid to whether the semi-finished product can be processed. If there is a crack, it cannot be edged to avoid damage to equipment and personnel.

4. The glass must be taken from the outside to the inside, and any glass inside cannot be taken.

5. For fine glass with high requirements on appearance quality, the appearance quality inspection should exceed or be equivalent to the quality and appearance requirements of the original glass of automotive grade.

6. Grinding amount control: grinding amount below 8mm﹤2.5mm, 10-19mm grinding amount﹤1.5mm;

Feeding speed: speed below 8mm<2.5m, speed of 10-19mm<1.5m.

7. After the edger is turned on and off every day, the operator must perform routine inspections, including whether the grinding wheel is loose, the degree of wear, and whether the circulating water is clean. When grinding glass of different thicknesses, trial grinding must be carried out.

8. When grinding large glass, if the layout exceeds 3 square meters, hooks and suction cups must be used. When multiple people lift the glass on the edger, they cannot run and walk at the same pace.

Nine, the grinding wheel should be checked, adjusted and corrected every day. The circulating water should be kept clean, the circulating pipe should be kept unblocked, and the water must be changed frequently.

10. The product can only be processed after the replacement of the grinding wheel.

11. The grinding amount and the feeding speed should be reasonably matched to avoid damage to the glass.

12. Check the appearance size and quality of the glass after edging, and the unqualified products will not flow into the next process.

13. Special-shaped edging must be processed in strict accordance with the model or geometric figures according to the requirements of customers, so that the grinding surface is smooth and clean.

14. When grinding, it must be ground evenly, and the force should not be too strong, so as not to damage the glass.

15. For the glass after edging, isolation paper must be added when stacking fine glass with particularly strict requirements.

16. Glass stacking after edging: When the specifications (length × width) are different, paper must be added at the junction of the edge and the edge (paper about 100mm × 200mm or string) to prevent the glass from being scratched.

17. Before going off work, collect the tools and put them in the box in time, check whether the water and electricity switch is turned off, and clean the site before going off work.
