HOW DOES GLASS MITER MACHINE WORK?

A Glass Miter Machine operates through a systematic process to achieve precise and smooth edges.  First, the glass is securely positioned on the machine’s worktable and aligned using adjustable guides to ensure accuracy. 

Next, a diamond or carbide grinding wheel, powered by an electric motor, moves across the glass at the desired angle, typically 45 degrees, to create a polished miter edge.

During the grinding process, a coolant system is often used to reduce heat and prevent the glass from cracking or chipping. The machine’s advanced features, such as digital angle displays and automatic feeding systems, enhance precision and efficiency.
